I think the first one might be a Judas tree (Cercis siliquastrum) but not sure at the moment about the other one ....:unsure:

The first one is a New Zealand Tea Tree Leptospermum scoparium. It comes in many shades of white, pink, and red, singles and doubles. The second one is either a purple-leaf plum or sandcherry .
