Randomly sprouted

Hi guys. Any idea what plant this is ? I don’t remember planting anything in this pot plant and it is growing very fast with a lot of aphids at the bottom of the leaves. Not sure if I should just let it carry on growing and see what happens .. I have been spraying the back of the leaves with water and neem oil occasionally

I don't think it's Belladonna as the leaves of the plant have a toothed edge. But seeing the flower suggests it's of the same family.

This is one of two closely related species of Black Nightshade, either Solanum americanum from the New World or Solanum nigrum from Eurasia and North Africa. Both species are introduced weeds in South Africa.
