Questions About Wiggle Wire

I am working on a small greenhouse project using poly sheeting, 2x4s, and wiggle wire. I have 2 questions:
-Assume a square structure (within a larger greenhouse). If I place a wiggle wire channel along the edge of the ceiling, can I have poly sheeting attach to the channel so that it bends at a right angle (with one continuous sheet forming the wall and ceiling)? Or will this configuration make the wiggle wire channel tear the sheeting?
-Can anyone recommend places to buy relatively inexpensive wiggle wire and channel?

The boy scouts use duct tape as reinforcement in such stress areas on their homemade plastic tarps and such where rope attachments would stress the polymer.
