Psammotettix and "american ifantria" (cant find its name in english)

Can someone please confirm the ID of these two?
I cant really find any information about the first one, is it somehow harmful to my plants?

the second one is very active and present where i live, im not really sure if its going to attack my plants, as ive only seen it making damage on trees, any thoughts?
