Hello, I recently bought a Peace Lily plant because I heard that it is a flower that purifies the air and absorbs volatile organic compounds: acetone, benzene, xylene, octane, toluene. Unfortunately, recently its leaves have started to dry up. My Peace Lily stands in a sunny place and I provide it with constantly slightly moist soil. What else do you think I could do to make the flower continue to bloom?

Peace lillies do well with a couple hours morning sun coming through glass and indirect light the rest of the day. You have to let the top inch of soil get dry. Here's how mine is located.

Constantly moist soil causes root rot. Check with your finger when the top inch of soil is dry before you water it again and be sure your water goes all the way through and runs out the bottom of the drain holes.

What direction does the window face? North windows get no direct sun, South windows get most of the day sun. East and West get half-day sun (morning and afternoon respectively).

About 3 ‘ away from the window is good or if you have sheer curtains they will filter the light. That is the best direction for growing the greatest variety of plants.👍
