prevent new tree from freezing

Hi
i want to plant some kind of grape like crimson seedless and anjo pear,
low and high temp until next 15 days is -10 and 8 centigrade , what can i do to keep plant healthy? i mean prevent them from freezing

Either plant them when it warms up a bit, or give them the shelter of a greenhouse.
