About half the quantity required. Still to process: tomatoes, corn, sweet potato, pumpkin, onions, eggplant, apples, plums, concord grapes, pears, peaches, cranberry, plus root cellar onions, garlic and potatoes. Slurry/juice I need around 500 liter jars.
