Prayer Plant Pests

Hi!
I got a prayer plant about three weeks ago from my local nursery. When I got it, it wasnt in the best shape but it bounced back really well. I potted it in home depot indoor potting soil and watered about twice a week. Lots of new growth and lots of flowers but recently I have noticed some unwanted friends in the soil. I have no idea what they are so I need some help. I have attatched the link to a video of them. They run around out of the soil when the soil/roots move. After some research I believe that they are root aphids but I can't be sure. Any advice would help so much thanks!

If from a close distance it looks like it, then it's Poduridae.

I think they are fungus gnats Adam. Very difficult to deal with but can be done. I have my own method. They are often 'imported' with shop supplied soil or compost. Here is a link for you.....
