Potting mix.

Hi all,
I am new to this gardening subject. Purchased my first Jade plant cutting and replanted in a pot. Ordered all items online. Coco peat , perlite , vermiculite, Vermicompost etc. etc. Prices of all items seem to be on the higher side. I stay in Mumbai, Khar area and there is only one nursery and it sells only readymade soil and Gobar mix . Will any member from Mumbai list out some sources where all the above material can be procured at reasonable rates. Is a bank of such sources is created it will help all in this hobby.
