Pothos or Philodendron?

I just got it today. I'm guessing it's a Philodendron..am I wrong? I have a few pothos plants that I've been comparing it to but I can't be sure.

A photos I believe, The leaves stalk has geniculum (part of the petiole right below the leave blades, it look like neck/collar on petiole), so it is not a phylodendron. Also if you can show tips of stem, there will no cataphylls (covering sheath that protects young leaves) which always present in phylo, but absent on pothos.
