Any ideas on what may be doing this, and how to treat it organically, would be greatly appreciated. :)

It is either caterpillars or chewing insects. If you know it is caterpillars use a Bt (Bacillus thuringensis) product. If you don't know use a spinosad based product. Bt only kills caterpillars. Spinosad kills caterpillars and insects but it takes longer to kill the caterpillars than Bt does. Both products are harmless to people and pets. Both products are sold under many different brand names.

Thankyou for your reply. Have used BT before on leafy greens - worked well. Never had to on pomegranate leaves - guess we'll find our how effective either of these suggested products are in keeping the nibbling at bay. :)
