Plum Tree Problem

Each year since I planted this plum tree 3 years ago I get loads of blossom but when the leaves appear they are like those in the pictures and I get no fruit.
Any ideas what is wrong and how do I cure it please?

Looks like curly leaf disease. It is caused by aphids early in the season when they attack the new blooms and leaves. The way to control this is to spray with dormant oil, a copper based fungicide or Neem Oil as soon as the leaves fall and again right before blooming in the spring.
