Please Help with the IDs of my two new house plants

Hey guys, I'm fairly new to collecting house/indoor plants, I mainly was an addict to the aquarium hobby but now I want to get more involved with gardening again just like when i was a kid and fill my home with plants to give it more life, so I decided to start an indoor collection of plants and had a miserable start because my calla lilies developed bulb rot since my mum was watering them without me knowing. But I did get a bunch of peace lilies and anthuriums which I love. Then yesterday I went out and got a few more plants but I'm having trouble identifying them. They were just so gorgeous that I had to get them as soon as I saw them. So in the car is all the plants I bought yesterday including more peace lilies and this philodendron Xanadu that I fell inlove with. But the other two plants I have no clue what they are, the lady said that the elephant ear looking plant is some sort of indigenous rubber plant but doesn't look like it to me, and the other with the white in the centre I assumed was maybe a calathea at first then thought maybe a agloanema. Please help me properly identify them.

The variegated one is Dieffenbachia 'Camille' (Dumb Cane) but I don't recognise the other one sorry....
