Please help me with Esmeralda my pothos

She started from water and I planted her three years ago and she has been doing so well all of this time she is amazing. But her leaves are suddenly getting yellow and spotted and falling off. I took her out of her planter today to find that she didn’t seem to have root rot. No mushy roots. It was very moist at the bottom of her planter. I have her out of the planter now exposed and just letting that area dry out a bit. Does anybody have any recommendations for me? I am a new Gardner. I’m sorry about the mess her stems are very very long and I used to have her wrapped around which was great for a while but Lately she hasn’t been feeling good.

My late MIL would consider dividing that root system into 4 plants and pot back into the same size pot or plant all of the root system in a 5 gallon container.
