Please help me identify this tree

The title says it all, really. I have this tree in my garden and don't have a clue what kind of kind it is… can you help me with that?

Here is the thing that I gather to be the "procreation unit". Any idea how to proceed with that? More trees would be nice…

Yeah, regarding the seeds. Does anyone know if I can start growing now, in autumn? Or should I save the seeds during the winter and only start growing the plants in the spring?

You can grow these from seeds as long as you have plenty of patience, as it will take about 20 years to get a plant that shows flower. You can take cuttings also, root cuttings would be favourable. It would be possible to propagate this by layering it.
At the nursery we only had plants that had been grafted - a skill I never learned
