You live in Georgia. If that's the state of Ga in the US you can plsnt them outside in the grass. They naturally live in ground in a sunny to part shady location and will come up like any other spring bulb, usually after a good soaking rain, hence the common name: "Rain Lily", and they multiply over time.Im guessing it is an indoor plant.
