Without seeing the plant, I will suggest either repotting the plant to position it at a more upright angle, or staking or tying the plant to hold it in a more upright position. If this does not cover the situation, please post a photo of the situation for a more precise reply.

Hello Marck! ...I'm not sure these photos show up the leaning? ...but it is happening! ...because I see the soil straining!

I do see a slight lean. Sometimes a plant will lean towards the light, though that might not be the case here.
If your White Bird-of-Paradise (Stelitzia nicolai) is reaching for the light, give the pot a quarter turn each time you water to keep the plant centered.
Other than that, what I said in my previous post still applies: repotting & positioning or staking & tying. What I would try first is to find a sturdy stake and position it next to the leaning side in such a way that it will support some of the plant's weight. The stake would be fairly unobtrusive if it was green bamboo, black metal, or something similar.

One or two stakes should be fine, If it feels like you might be pushing the stake directly into the stem or rhizome, stop and reposition it,
but otherwise it shouldn't do too much damage. Stakes are used all the time in horticulture.

If I was to take this plant, out and put it deeper in the same container! ...Would that be OK? or will that bring about the Root bound Issues again? Thanks

Don't change the planting depth, just change the angle of tilt, so that the plant is more upright.
Another idea is to brace the base with several heavy, ornamental rocks

That should be fine. Check the zip-tie every now and then, to be sure it is snug but not cutting into the plant.
