This appears to be European Yew (Taxus baccata), in the Yew Family (Taxaceae). An evergreen tree native to the British Isles, Europe, northwestern Africa, Anatolia, the Caucasus, and northern Iran.
If possible, take and post macro shots of the upper and lower sides of a branchlet.
