Hello there people. Can anyone please tell me what this is on my plant. It's not scale; I'm very well acquainted with scale. What ever this is, it is not just on one side of the leaves. Is there a nutrient I'm missing?
Sorry about the glare. There is a huge skylight in the ceiling.

It's been over a month and I've received no suggestions at all. Somebody, please help. I don't want to lose this 15 year old plant.
