Greetings, welcome to the Forums. This appears to be Philodendron melanochrysum, an Aroid (Araceae) native to Colombia.
Best care bright indirect light, regular water with well-draining soil and occasional application of a complete, liquid fertilizer.
The plant will benefit from moderately humid air.

That first photo shows particularly gruesome and dramatic damage. Did the plant show some damage when you brought it home, or has this all occurred since arrival?

What is the drainage like for your plant? Does the soil and container drain well? Is the plant sitting in a puddle of water?
