Petunia dying please help

What can i do to prevent it from dying ..tips pls

That soil looks to be EXTREMELY wet. I think your plants are drowning. Are there drainage holes in the bottom of the pot? Perhaps if you don't water for about a week it may dry out enough for the plants to recover.
