I need help identifying a pest on my pepper seedlings

Pic attached.

I sprayed captian Jacks organic pesticide on them (very lightly) I'm afraid that because they are seedlings I can't use too much pesticide.

I sprayed captian Jacks organic pesticide on them (very lightly) I'm afraid that because they are seedlings I can't use too much pesticide.

Those are aphids. Captain Jacks is a spinosad based pesticide and will not hurt your plants. But if you do not want to use it you can use a soap like Safers or you can make Garlic Pepper Tea which is a good all around bug killer
