Recently my pepper plants leaves have started curling i researched it on Google and it said it may be because the plant is being underwater ed so I watered it yesterday a lot and the leaves uncurled but now checking on it early morning today it seems to have curled up again does anyone have any feasible solutions?

Exactly right. When your pepper leaves start hanging vertically, it's lack of water. Container peppers are especially prone to this. I have a volunteer pepper in a pot, and on hot days it needs water just about every day. This is especially the case if sunlight shines directly on the black container.
