Pepper Leaves Problem! (white stuff)

I found white stuff (rough to the touch) on my indoor cayanetta pepper plant leaves. Can someone tell me what it is?

White stuff on pepper leaves could be powerdery mildew, a fungal disease or it could be pests. Take a strong magnifier and get a good look at the spots on top and bottom of the leaves to make sure its not pests.

For PM let the soil dry well before watering and make sure the plants are getting good air flow. Keep the soil airated around the base of the plants with a hand cultivator.
