Peace lily has black Pollen

Newly peace lily flowers comes out with black Pollen & quickly die.

Can someone tell the reasiin for thus pls?

I bought this plant for the first time only two weeks ago and read some information on it. Black thing? Show the leaves also please. I read that this plant should not be over-watered. How about keeping it outdoors?
