Passion flower

I couldn't find anything by using the search option, but I have been trying to grow passion flower. Actually, I have been trying to get some seeds to germinate. I put some ( already planted in soil in a peat cup), in the freezer for a week or so, tried scoring the seeds with sand paper and planting, and tried just planting without anything else.

So far I have nothing. Any one have suggestions? Oh, these are purple passion flower seeds BTW.
