Orsun

This is an interesting vegetable used in some Chinese dishes, it is called 'Orsun' in Mandarin Chinese. I have never had it but it looks interesting not to mention, it is a gorgeous leafy plant.

I had never heard of it either. I wonder what does it taste like. Most Chinese dishes are really yummy. It definitely looks pretty! I wouldn't mind growing it in my garden.

I was thinking the same. Even if I don't like it as a vegetable, I could always add it as decoration. It is very pretty. I love the long big leaves. From what I see in the video, it is the tuber you want to eat not the leaves.... wonder if the leaves are edible too? I can't seem to find anything more on this plant anywhere. Anyone else have any luck finding it?
