Portions of the trees have lost all of their leaves and then brown curled leaves are growing back.

These were planted in early spring and have had drip emitters on them every morning. My other olive tree is doing well.

Any help would be appreciated. I started a deep watering but haven’t noticed any change.

What is the application/precipitation rate on the emitters? How long do they run? What kind of soil do you have? If they're 1gpm and you're watering for 5 minutes, that's probably not enough unless your soil has lots of clay. Typically drip lines water for hours rather than minutes and only once or twice a week.
