I have two olive trees which seem to have lost almost all of their leaves. I have ordered a specific olive feed but also wondered if I should drastically cut the lower branches and lop off the top. Really want to keep the shape bit any advice about what else to do. If I leave it are they likely to grow back or do they need a trim? I’ve had to them in that position for 5 years and feed regularly. Images before and after - I’ve never really pruned!

Olive trees are evergreens but they do renew their leaves every year. I wouldn't do anything now. Just wait a couple of weeks and see if they don't start leafing out.
