Just bought a new home in Nevada.

Request help to ID this spruce/pine? And where can I buy?

It's bluish-dark green with those whitish tips. Seen it in Loomis, Northern CA in an exclusive gated estate.

I can only narrow it down by saying it's possibly a Spruce. Take a look at the link below it may be of help.

Thanks @Sheal! Indeed, that's a good lead. You are right, it's a Colorado Blue Spruce on either globe or fat albert variant. I'm particularly looking for that whitish tip and with your lead, I also found a variant with very light green tips.

The expert in the garden center told me that those white tips would usually turn green during the summer months. I intend to plant it in front of the house for my living Christmas tree. Got tired of mourning on the death of a tree every Christmas, lol, just to decorate our house for the holidays.
