I've got a bottle of liquid fertilizer, specifically Espoma's Organic Grow! All Purpose Plant Food, but I no longer need it for anything and I'd rather not indefinitely store it. Is it safe to pour this into my compost pile??

It would be quite good for your compost pile especially considering the fact that its organic. Compost piles depend on microorganisms specifically bacteria for decomposition and the nutrients in your fertilizer would contribute towards their nourishment. You should read the instructions so as to dilute it in the correct ratio and sprinke all over the compost pile for maximum coverage. This will speed decomposition. Cover your compost pile to prevent loss of volatile nutrients.
