I have a small farm in Panama and would like to learn more about plants that grow well in hot and humid climates.

Welcome to the forum, How big is 'A small farm' in Panama, I have a friend in Portugal who describes her three acres as that and another in Australia who would think 300 acres 'small'.
I am sorry, I can't be much use to you regarding tropical growing, but I am sure there are others here who do have that experience. Look forward to following your progression.
