No that's no it ...the weather was bad that's why they look like that .....I need to know what to do to them ....

The mushy ones are dead. Remove them. The ones still alive I would repot with new soil.

You have my sympathy, I have lost a few succulents to cold this year. I find when the centre goes there is no hope, but losing outside leaves they can recover from.

Thank you ...I hv to repot about 20 of my babies.....the weather never hit them like this.....it hurts to see them like that ..but I know they will bounce bk itll take time but they will.....

Good luck with them, I put mine in the greenhouse. A while ago listening to a replay of some early radio I heard an old lady recalling how they used to put a candle under a terracotta pot to stop the windows freezing up in the days of single glazed sash windows. I tried it and the whole pot gets warm to the touch, quite hot on top. I had three of them in my 6ft by 8ft plastic greenhouse the other night when it went down to minus five outside. The thermometer showed it didn't quite hit zero all night.

Ikr...thank you, I was able to save some babies.....not the same but hey....wow.....all we can do now is do some more ......and cover them up next time ...
