Got this little cutting from my cousin and I was able to root it but I have no idea what it is and neither does she.

Sorry Addie007. It does look like a Ficus, although more like F microcarpa nitida than F.elastica.

I'll but in here, and wondered if it might be the leaf of Griselinia littoralis, a popular hedging shrub from New Zealand? If it should show signs of flowering it might be easier to determine.

This one is the Ficus, and ....

They really do look similar
