So this is the 2nd year this has happened. Look at the photo. The stems are still there but the leaves have fallen all off in a section. Almost like it was poisned, which it wasn't. Other plants near by are fine. Such a puzzle. Any idea what this could be? See the brown fallen leaves and then some green leaves that are fine near by. But this section is all but dead--at least the leaves fell off and died. What in the????
