My Pachira aquatica is getting worse fast

I found my money tree 3 days ago with white/chlorophylless spots. And now lower leaves are yellowing as well. No over watering happened. Repotted 2 months ago. Few hours of obstructed morning sun.
What is wrong and what should I do?
