My Echeveria turned blue after watering and wilted

As of today (3 days after taking the attached photo) it's completely blue, wilted, and dried out (it got almost flat).
Did I water too much and caused root rot? I thought I was being super careful not to overwater but apparently not enough.

Is there anything I can still do?

Thanks!

Yes, it looks rotted. Does the pot have a hole in the bottom? Without one it's almost guaranteed to have root issues. The rotting started long before your latest watering. Like weeks.

No, unfortunately it doesn't. I've put a lot of clay pebbles but apparently, it didn't help. However, Echeveria was doing quite well in the initial 6 months so must have been something recent.

It would be better to leave it in a grow pot and remove it when you water. Another option is that you could poke holes in a drinking straw and put it vertically on one side of the pot so that air can get to the roots.
