My beloved Sarracenia is diseased!

Hello!

I{ve had this Sarracenia for about half a year in Germany and it survived through the winter because I kept my room seemingly warm. Spring is not coming and the plant is starting to get sick (and I don't know of what).

It's got fungus gnats that I keep down with the yellow stickers you see on the pot (they work very well), but I don't think that's the reason it's looking like this.

The new growths seem healthy, but after a little bit they also seem to start to develop this "disease". What could it be and what could I do?

Thanks!

How much water do you give it and what is the drainage like?

I usually give it water when it's dry, so every few days. It's got no drainage, I must admit, but I could drain some holes at the bottom and put a saucer there!
