I had these tiny gray mushrooms pop up in a pot that I have little parsley plants in. It has been extremely rainy so I'm assuming thats the cause. I need to know what they are b/c I wanted to eat the parsley of course when they are ready but don't want to be poisoned from whatever these mushrooms are. I've read some mushrooms can be beneficial to the soil and not deadly at all but i have no idea they type these are. I just use a regular store bought organic soil mixed with extra perlite. Any help appreciated

When I did straw bale veg gardening, I quite often found random shrooms popping up in rainy weather. Never occurred to me to worry about them being harmful to be honest!

They won't be unless you ingest the fungus.

Thanks for the info and I'm inclined to agree with you. They look almost identical..
