Mulching?

It has not frosted here yet but been pretty cool.

Supposed to be in the 70’s later this week. When should I mulch Strawberries and Garlic?

If the ground is dry, I would mulch. If it's wet, I would hold off, unless you are mulching with hay or straw. I don't mulch my garlic; I just let it do its thing naturally.
