Moving a pear tree

We will be moving (again) soon and have planted a pear tree in the garden, it is not too well established but I really want to bring it with us, it's going to be about a six hour drive, what can I do to help keep it safe please?

Thank you! Yes we are hiring a moving company to help us do it, we would normally do it ourselves but as it is such a long way, we wanted their help and to be fair they have given us a very good price.
