Mother of Thousands turning brown

I'm not sure what's going on with my plant. I would be devastated if it were to die because it's grown so much from the little baby it was when I got it. Does anyone know what this is and how I can take care of it?

What an interesting looking plant! I don't think I've ever seen a plant before that has baby plants growing on the edges of its leaves. Unfortunately that means I don't know anything about it other than the usual culprits for plants in containers - is it getting too much water / is it getting the right amount of light / is the container big enough / has it got a pest infestation etc.
