I'm tired of the mixing in a gallon jug etc then watering directly with that or dumping into a watering can. Too many plants & it takes a ton of time doing it this way.

How are you applying your liquid fertilizer? I'm looking for something that allows me to water the ground directly, not the plant's leaves etc.

Well, you could get drip irrigation and hook a fertilizer injector to it.

I use a 4 gallon battery powered backpack sprayer. You can open the tip and put it on the lowest pressure setting if you don't want to water the leaves. Why are you not applying to the leaves? Many organic fertilizers work great when sprayed on the leaves.

At my previous home where we had lots of gardens spread over 2.5 acres, I used a 3pt hitch mounted 40 gallon sprayer. Pretty much works the same way as the backpack sprayer except more gallons and more powerful sprayer.

Another option might be to install drip irrigation with a venturi fertilizer feed on it. Not crazy expensive. There are also injection feeders for drip tubing. Look them up on the web for details if you are interested.

If container gardening you can use wicks placed in buckets of fertilizer.
