Monsteras Under Grow Light

I have a Monstera that I have recently moved from a Southern window, to the corner of the room with a grow light above it. He seems to be doing fine, although it has just been a couple of weeks.
Tomorrow I am purchasing a Thai Con Monstera, also with the intention of using a grow light. These are big plants, and my window space is used. I like the look of Monsteras with a lot of space around them, rather than crammed in front of a window.
Has anyone any experience with growing Monsteras using grow lights only?

That seems bright enough, barely. Leave them on for 12 hours a day and place them within a foot of the plant. Monsteras will grow in low light, but look much better in brighter light.
