Monstera adansonii

Hello guys,
I have a problem with my Monstera adansonii - I'm trying to make it climb on a coir pole, but it doesn't grow new clinging roots or these roots are small and don't grow into the coir. Does anyone know how to stimulate growth of these roots in Monstera?

Try spraying the pole 2 or 3 (or more) times a day. If it's moist the roots will grow.

still no effects
Maybe I should use moss pole rather than the coir one.

Give it time. Think months instead of days. Even on moss it will take time. It has more to do with the growth rate of the plant than the type of support.
