Hi everyone!
I’m new to this forum and this is my first post.
I have a Money Tree, Pachira Aquatica, that I got over the summer of 2021. It’s about 3 feet tall. It was doing very well until recently the leaves have been forming yellow spots and then turn brown and fall off. I water it once a week on Sundays. I’ve examine the plant and haven’t noticed any pests or anything.

Does anyone know what this might be?

Thank you in advance!

My Schefflera is doing the same this winter. Some research suggests I have been overwatering, but I have not. Perhaps you have? Also, I checked the soil and underside of the leaves for bugs (none.) Did you? Good luck!

Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

It is hard to say for certain, but some of this may be due to the seasonal stresses of low light, dry indoor air, and the possibility of occasional cold winter drafts. If possible place the plant in an especially warm and sunny window. With luck, its health will improve with the coming of Spring.
