Mexican Bean Beetles are back. Help!

Had them infest my green beans last year. A lot of neem oil helped, but did not get rid of them. I think that was because I caught it too late.

I moved the beans to another part of the yard to avoid them this season. That didn't work! Luckily, I have caught it early this year and just hit the plants with neem oil. I will do it daily if possible, but rain forecasted for most of this week.

What else can I do to get rid of them (Aside from pick them off & remove eggs) before it is too late?

If you spray spinosad on both sides of the leaves it kills MBB very efficiently, better than Neem. Neem is best for killing eggs. The eggs will be a bright yellow color on the bottom of the bean leaves. When you see them just smash them with your thumb. There will be about 20-30 eggs laid very close to each other. But once the eggs hatch a spinosad based insecticide works much better than neem.

The same as Meadowlark, but I think they all have the same percentage of active ingredients which is spinosad. Don,t get the RTU, get the concentrate.
