Manual Stand Up Bush Cutter - Such a thing exist?

I get small bushes that pop up on my lawn and field bed and they're too big for the tiny electric mower I have. Is there anything like a bush cutter or lopper that is bent at the bottom and long handled so you can simply walk around and cut them while standing?

Check out this. It pulls them out roots and all. I just depends on how big the plants are but good sized plants are no problem at all. Even tree seedlings are easy.
