Got this from a friend. Installed new carburetor, fuel lines, fuel filter and spark plug. Cleaned gas tank. New fuel. Primer bulb won’t prime. Any advice will be appreciated.

When you say primer bulb won't prime, do you mean it won't fill up with gas? If so then there is a leak somewhere and air is getting in. Is the problem it won't start or are you concerned with the primer bulb?

Check for reversed lines to the carb. Check gas cap for proper seal. Does the fuel bubble when pressing the bulb? If so the line is swapped.
