I have planted 1000-1100 mango plants last year (2020). The trees were quite healthy from last year but this year from last few weeks the new leafs were getting eaten by some insects. It's a small caterpillar like insect and it have been eating the leafs of the plants. Can someone please help me what can I do to it.

Bt is the absolute best thing in the world to get rid of caterpillars especially if mixed with 1 oz of molasses per gallon of water. The molasses makes the Bt last MUCH longer. Those look like very small trees. For 1100 trees it would take about 130 gallons of water, 130 oz of Bt and 130 oz of molasses. For that many trees I would invest in an airless paint sprayer and use that to spray. No matter how big the trees become an airless sprayer will cover an entire tree. An investment of 1100 trees is a rather large investment and must be protected the cheapest and best way possible. What I have recommended is both. No matter what you use it will be costly and fairly labor intensive. If you can get a spinosad concentrate it will kill caterpillars too but it will also kill most harmful insects. Bt will kill caterpillars within 4 hours. It will take spinosad about 3-4 days.
